1. Acceptance

By using CHOW, you agree to these terms. CHOW is operated by Netbay Pty Ltd, registered in South Africa. If you do not agree, do not use CHOW.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use CHOW. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, videos). By posting, you grant Netbay Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within CHOW. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to manipulate Scout Points or ratings
• Using CHOW for any unlawful purpose
• Scraping or automated data collection without permission

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account deletion page.

6. Limitation of Liability

CHOW is provided "as is". Netbay Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CHOW. Our total liability shall not exceed R500 (five hundred rand).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
